Besides the fact that huffing ocean ions lowers stress levels, the people who call this urban beach home are incredibly passionate people who care a lot about their neighbs.

The alleyways are too clean (someone complained about that the other day), and the downtown ambassadors are too nice. And it’s too easy to ask nearly anyone on the promenade for help.

It’s clean. It’s gorgeous. It’s totally walkable.
